Baby Pumpkins.
Baby care birth to 2 years
We have a lovely small baby care room with a staff ratio of 1 practitioner to 3 babies. Offering discounted five day a week schedules 8am - 6pm or a minimum of two 8am - 6pm sessions a week. We include and provide meals (when little ones are well weaned and coping well with solids) drinks, nappies, nappy cream and wipes. We like to get out and about as often as we can; we have two three seater prams the little ones can snuggle up in.
Childcare for children 2yrs to Preschool.
Nursery
Once little ones turn two years old, we have more session options available as well as some term time only placements.
We value the necessity for children to learn through play and we provide lots of intriguing invitations to play. We are guided by the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Scheme). We follow children’s interests and possible lines of development (PLODS).
Preschool for families who require sessions throughout the year to meet their childcare needs. 8am - 6pm, 8am - 4pm, 8am - 1pm available. All week, every day, or various sessions & days per week as a permenant booking pattern.
Preschool
We are guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. We provide a warm and welcoming environment where children have opportunities to learn through play; following their own interests and schemas, we plan in the moment and provide enriching, engaging invitations to play and opportunities for learning.
Before & After School care
We care for primary school aged children in the morning before they go to school from 8am, escort them to school for the start of their school day. (Drop off service/DOS).
We collect children from school, escort them to Pumpkin Patch, where they have a snack and drink before they choose their activities. (After school care/ASC)
Holiday Club
In partnership with our sister nursery The Beehive Kindergarten, we have your child care needs covered over the 1/2 term and school holiday periods. We provide full time, part time and sessional care. Lots of adventures!

Children at our setting will have a profile on our “Famly App” (This application is spelt without the ‘i’) Parents and Carers will receive an email after registration to invite them to download the App and create and account.
Through ‘Famly’ we can privately and securely share information, keep in touch, arrange sessions, distribute invoices and share with families, their childs’ learning journey/progress.
